Estelle would say she’s always worked in dentistry as her mum was a dental nurse and her dad was a dental technician.

From her teenage years she worked with her dad for pocket money at weekends in his dental laboratory. She grew up having known her dad’s work colleagues in the dental industry from a very young age. It was inevitable that Estelle would end up working in dentistry!

Estelle has worked in many practices, both NHS and Private. She finally qualified as a NEBDN Dental Nurse in 2004- but had been nursing since she was 19, way before qualification was a necessity.

Estelle proudest moment in her career was when she was offered a job at the Eastman Dental Hospital in the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery (head and neck) department, working with some of the best clinicians and surgeons in the country.

Estelle has worked with us since October last year, after taking some time out of dentistry to focus on being a mum.

She initially applied for the role of a dental nurse but found herself moving over to being both a nurse and our practice manager- where Estelle thrives on the challenge and is very excited for the future of the practice!

Estelle enjoys reading and looking after her two tortoises. She also enjoys diamond art and spending time with her family and friends.
